Looking for an Executive Assistant position to support the CEO and Client Services Director of a world-class designer of high-end residences and super yachts?
Position and organisation
In this fulltime position you will mainly assist the CEO and Client Services Director with daily administrative duties. You will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
What your day looks like:
- Calendar management and travel arrangements for the CEO and CSD
- Prepare meetings, take effective notes and follow-up on assigned action items
- Prepare for in-house or external client meetings including catering & hospitality arrangements
- Draft letters and prepare and coordinate oral and written communication
- Handle and prepare contracts, estimates, invoices, receipts and administration
- Work on additional ad hoc requests
- Travel in Europe, as well as intercontinental from time-to-time, also availability outside office hours from time-to-time
What does our client ask for?
You have:
- Academic level
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) working in a luxury markets / providing high level services
- An international (USA) business background / orientation
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite mastery, Adobe skills a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A valid EU / NL work permit is required
- Highly presentable, stylish / fashionable
- Stress resistant and highly professional
- Able to work independently
- Discrete
- Resourceful and pro active
- Able to assist with multiple projects simultaneously
