The Position
Are you an accurate Office Assistant with a hospitality mind-set? Do you enjoy working amidst a multi-cultural team of account management, marketing, technology and business support specialists?

We are looking for a positive, smart and accurate assistant who enjoys being the go-to person for all employees in the Amsterdam based office. You are also the first contact for visitors, guests and suppliers. You will work closely with the Executive Assistant and feel comfortable providing support to the President when the Executive Assistant is absent.

Key activities:

  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls, mail and correspondence
  • Organize and book all (inter)national business travel in collaboration with the travel agency
  • Welcome visitors, order office supplies and be the first contact for vendors
  • Handle courier pick-ups and deliveries
  • Act as back up for the executive assistant of the president during holidays
  • Act as Head of the Company First Aid Assistants
  • Support the Marketing Director with the organization of the annual symposium in Amsterdam and Israel

Requirements

  • HBO level
  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A good understanding of the Dutch language
  • Preferably you are licensed for acting as in-house First Aid (BHV)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Conditions
