Pro Test is our online test program. The objective of our tests is to complete the personal perception of our consultant, a client or a candidate, by testing the candidate with a neutral methodology.
The program consists of a position qualification test and a personality test. On request of a client Pro Assistance can ask a candidate to accomplish a test. Candidates and freelancers can also individually sign on for a test.
Position qualification test
This is an extensive assessment test, providing information on how a person performs and the needs of a person. More than 300 multiple choice questions classified by competence, will give concrete information on how a position will match the candidate’s interest, knowledge and personality. From this test, 7 different reports will be generated, ranging from an individual report including a personal profile to a matching report including recommendations for the client. The supervisors at Pro Assistance will advise you which report will provide you the required information.
Personality test
The aim of this test is to examine specifically the behaviour pattern and the work conduct of a candidate and provides suggestions on how to improve your effectiveness; what are your strong points, how to make use of them ideally, and which areas can be improved? By filling in 30 multiple choice questions, the candidate’s report will show which areas will be most likely applicable to him or her. The candidate will receive a personal report, the client will receive a management report. Moreover, the test results will be demonstrated in a graphic drawing for a quick overview on which competences show the highest score.
