At Pro Assistance separate people look after the interests of clients and candidates: the consultants and the recruiters. The consultant focuses on the secretarial wishes of the client. You discuss the profile of the candidate and the type of contract desired: a contract of employment on a permanent basis, a freelance contract or a contract on a secondment basis. While the consultant is talking to you, the recruiter looks for the right person in the candidate database. They consult each other continuously and together they seek the right match, which sometimes may be made on the same day.
We recruit and select on the basis of a fixed fee, independently of the salary desired by the candidate. This means that we operate objectively and that there are no financial surprises in store for you.
Advice
Pro Assistance provides advice on the organisation, staffing and performance of the secretarial department. Training
Managing Director Miranda van Mondfrans and the consultants give training courses in management support at certified training institutes, such as the Secretary Management Institute in Eindhoven. However, the training courses can also be given in house, in which case their content is adjusted to your requirements.
Outplacement
Pro Assistance conducts outplacement processes when secretaries are made redundant. Adter being fired, we coach them in finding a new job. We look at the talent of a person and assist in applying for jobs. We restore people’s confidence in themselves and the labour market and use our network of possible new employers to their advantage, which increases substantially their chance of finding a new job.
